In addition to eating more fresh fruits and veggies (which I love, anyway), my biggest discovery has been how a little snack of almonds or cashews through the day really keeps me going. The bonus is that they're so easy to carry around and store.<BR/><BR/>Perhaps you could post a few of your favorite new vegetarian recipes. :)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
