The Mystery Continues

We found a box of Russian chocolate hidden back in a kitchen cabinet as we cleaned the new house yesterday.

Obviously, a Russian immigrant mother who kept her chocolate hidden from the kids lived there.

(Though, I always get caught when I try to stash chocolate. The children can be asleep for hours and still hear the paper tearing three rooms away. I try to hide it, but they smell it on my breath and then beg to share. Someday they'll grow up, move away, and I'll have all the chocolate to myself.)

Maureen,

Sorry for the off-topic comment here, but do you know if anyone will be carrying/selling you LOL book at the IHM conference in Virginia next month? I'm budgeting for school, and your book is on my list, so I'm hoping it (or you!) will be there.

Thanks, and God bless!

Hi Christine! No problem. I went to the IHM website and checked the vendor list. http://www.ihmconference.org/national/vendors.php
Emmanuel Books will be there and they carry LOL. I'd drop them an email and ask them to hold one aside for you. They're great about taking pre-orders.
Their website is http://www.emmanuelbooks.com/
Catholic Heritage will also be there, but I'm not sure if they carry LOL.

Awesome! I'm so excited! May is a month that we are able to budget for school supplies, and so I'm getting my lists ready to go. I can't wait to get my hands on a copy. (But I'll have to wait for a little while.)

BTW, hope the bats leave the house, but not the property. ;)
